Overview of revoloud Locations
On our interactive map, we show you all the hearing aid specialty stores, clinics, and partners that revoloud in use.
And this is how it works:
Presentation of natural signals
The customer is presented with 60 natural signals via a loudspeaker. Twelve signal categories are used, which are made up of two dimensions: test level and frequency range . The test level is divided into "quiet", "medium" and "loud". The frequency range is divided into "low", "mid", "high" and "broadband".
Evaluation of loudness perception
The customer rates the perceived loudness of each signal on an
11-point scale. This ranges from “not heard” to “extremely loud.” The customer may repeat each signal once.
NEW: The revoloud now features a new design and is even easier to use!
Presentation of the results
Once the measurement has been completed, the result is displayed in the form of a loudness map, which uses different colors to describe the loudness perception in the 12 signal categories compared to people with normal hearing. For a barrier-free view, additional symbols can be switched on to represent the loudness perception.

FAQs
How long does a revoloud measurement take?
With revoloud, you get well-founded results in just six minutes. This means that fitting problems are often identified and rectified at the first appointment - quickly, precisely and efficiently.
Does the software also work on tablets?
The revoloud is installed on a Windows-based data collection computer. The tablet used by the customer to enter responses only needs to have Wi-Fi and a web browser. This means that an Android, iOS, or Windows tablet can be used.
Do I have to have an online connection for the measurement?
An online connection to the license server is required when starting the software. You can also retrieve results from the test history with an offline connection.
Can I deactivate the license on one computer and activate it on another?
A product key can be used at one measuring station at a time. If you want to change your measuring station, you can deactivate your product key on the computer of the old measuring station and activate it on the computer of the new measuring station.
In this case, please contact our support so that a new online calibration can be carried out for the new measuring station.
You can reach us by phone at: +49 441 2172-122 or by e-mail at: support@revoloud.de
The revoloud subscription includes one recalibration per year. No product key is required for a pure viewing station (e.g. consulting room or reception). In this case, the revoloud software can be installed without a product key.
Is revoloud compatible with NOAH?
Yes, revoloud is designed for use with NOAH. You can therefore save and retrieve the revoloud in your NOAH database.
Can I view the measurement results from any computer?
Yes. As long as all computers are connected to the same NOAH database, the revoloud can be viewed at any measurement or viewing station. However, the revoloud must be installed on the respective computer. A revoloud is not required simply to view the measurement results.
